Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photos or videos may be requested for verification purposes. Returns requested after the 24-hour period will not be accepted. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
